            <description><![CDATA[<p><span>The Squires Group is seeking an experienced <strong>Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant</strong> to support a strategic budgeting transformation initiative for our client. This is a client-facing consulting role where you'll partner directly with finance leaders and key stakeholders to redesign, optimize, and enhance an existing Workday Adaptive Planning environment.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Rather than a traditional implementation, this engagement focuses on improving planning models, streamlining budgeting processes, and maximizing the value of an already-deployed Adaptive Planning solution.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>This is a remote position with occasional travel (approximately once per month) for client meetings.
