Our client has a direct hire opportunity for a VA Senior Delivery Executive (OIT) for a role based in Washington, DC.  In this role, you will collaborate with program managers to use and create standard delivery tools and methods to plan, monitor and control delivery for high-quality and predictable outcomes for programs, projects and/or managed services.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience working at a Cabinet-level executive branch department of the federal government charged with providing healthcare services to eligible military veterans throughout the country. 

This role is remote, but candidates should be local to Washington, DC for occasional onsite meetings. Qualifications

• 5+ years of VHA (Industry Experience)- Current or recent VA OIT experience 
• Must have extensive existing VHA relationships and demonstrated experience working within and delivering outcomes in a large federal health provider setting
• Experience in one of the following: management, operations or leadership within a healthcare or health administration setting
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows
• Bachelor’s degree
• Significant experience in IT management, IT operations, and IT leadership
• PMP and/or Certified Change Practitioner
