They have a direct hire opportunity for a talented Technical Sourcing Specialist to work a hybrid schedule from their Fairfax, Virginia office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for the client’s job openings. You will play a pivotal role in building a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring clients have access to the talent they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong research skills, and a knack for identifying the right candidates for various roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, or recruiting in a U.S. Government contracting environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
• Former Military experience
• Secret Clearance
