Job Description

We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s team. In this role you will be configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications with technical expertise and attention to detail to meet business requirements and ensure client satisfaction.This is a remote role.

 

Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens, possessing a clearance of the Public Trust level or higher, and eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust. 

Responsibilities

  • Configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.
  • Technical expertise and attention to detail are critical to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 9 years of ServiceNow experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • Must have a current clearance and be eligible for a DHS Public Trust.
  • Proficiency in App Engine.
  • Extensive experience with Portal.
  • Strong background in integrations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, identify issues, and implement solutions without system impacts.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • U.S. citizenship required (per federal government requirements).
  • Must reside and work within the U.S

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DHS, ICE, or DoD clearance.
  • Experience developing HR systems.
  • Extensive expertise in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.
  • Ability to design and manage complex integrations and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
  • Conflict resolution skills to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely, accurate project delivery.
