ServiceNow Architect

Job Description
Our client an award winning federal integrator, assisting various federal agencies in transforming how they deliver their HR Services. They have an opening for a ServiceNow Architect to work on a MULTI-YEAR project, where you will oversee the architecture and design of the Talent Experience Platform (TXP) in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This is a REMOTE opportunity.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens and be able to pass the client’s background check.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect ServiceNow HRSD solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead technical teams in implementing and managing HRSD solutions.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps and deliver thought leadership.
- Develop business cases and support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with the following:
- Engaging with stakeholders to define solution requirements and improvements.
- Designing integrations and interfaces with other systems.
- Designing and understanding data models.
- Managing customer relationships with strong oral and written communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience with the following:
- Architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Leading implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Collaborating with executives to create roadmaps and provide strategic recommendations.
- Developing roadmaps for technical growth and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens and be able to pass the client’s background check
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification.
- Familiarity with other ServiceNow products.
- Knowledge of other HR technologies (e.g., PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone OnDemand).
- Understanding of Agile development methodology with a willingness to share knowledge.
- Experience with Federal agencies, including their requirements and workflows.
- Master’s degree.
Job Requirements
Compensation
- Competitive salary range of $115k - $125K based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
- Employee benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 401K plan and additional voluntary benefits. Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
