Our client an award winning federal integrator, assisting various federal agencies in transforming how they deliver their HR Services. They have an opening for a ServiceNow Architect to work on a MULTI-YEAR project, where you will oversee the architecture and design of the Talent Experience Platform (TXP) in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).  This is a REMOTE opportunity.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens and be able to pass the client’s background check.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow HRSD solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead technical teams in implementing and managing HRSD solutions.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps and deliver thought leadership.
• Develop business cases and support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with the following:
  • Engaging with stakeholders to define solution requirements and improvements.
  • Designing integrations and interfaces with other systems.
  • Designing and understanding data models.
  • Managing customer relationships with strong oral and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience with the following:
  • Architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  • Leading implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  • Collaborating with executives to create roadmaps and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Developing roadmaps for technical growth and innovation.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens and be able to pass the client’s background check

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow HRSD Certification.
• Familiarity with other ServiceNow products.
• Knowledge of other HR technologies (e.g., PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone OnDemand).
• Understanding of Agile development methodology with a willingness to share knowledge.
• Experience with Federal agencies, including their requirements and workflows.
• Master’s degree.

Compensation

• Competitive salary range of $115k - $125K based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications.  The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
• Employee benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 401K plan and additional voluntary benefits. Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
