Our direct client has a contract opportunity for a ServiceNow / Change Management Specialist to work REMOTE on a Federal program based in Washington, DC. In this role, you use your ServiceNow and Change Management skills to execute training activities for the program.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be able to pass the client's background check.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the following:
  • ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Rest/SOAP API
  • Field Service Management (FSM)
  • ServiceNow Mobile App Development.
