Our client is a world-class integrator, driving innovation with its impact on global development.  They are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with a concentration in Experience Cloud to work REMOTELY on a Federal project based in Rosslyn, VA. In this role, you will have an active part in understanding the requirements and applying industry best practices and knowledge of SFDC to design a solution that supports the business process.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an Interim Secret Clearance. Preference is given to those with an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the best solution
• Works closely with the SFDC developers, lead, and Scrum Master to ensure the solution is technically feasible
• Leads internal development of business process story, requirement gathering, and knowledge transfers to internal and external stakeholders
• Assists in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met
• Plays an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the technical team for any custom development required
• Responsible for test plan development and execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (may substitute 3 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree)
• 3+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in the following:
  • Salesforce Administration
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Requirements gathering
  • Data and functional testing
  • Client relations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
