Our client is a well-established energy provider with a strong reputation in natural gas and electricity markets. They have a direct hire opportunity for a Senior Quantitative Analyst. In this role, you will direct Mass Market (MM) product and pricing strategies, conduct comprehensive analyses of natural gas and electricity markets, and support the development of marketing campaigns as well as new products and services for both MM and Large Commercial (LGC) sales channels.

This role is in Vienna, VA and offers a hybrid work schedule. 

Per our Client Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to support pricing and product decisions.
• Visualizes pricing and competitor research for sales.
• Determines pricing for revenue, profit, and risk.
• Supports sales and operations with pricing data.
• Evaluates and enrolls in profitable utility programs.
• Automates pricing and improves efficiency.
• Collaborates to grow customers and revenue.
• Optimizes sales targeting and messaging.
• Tracks and reports market and sales data.
• Completes special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related.  Master's Degree is preferred
• 5+ years of analytical experience
• Energy experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills, effectively coordinating across teams under tight deadlines.
• Experience with:
  • Developing strong relationships with business partners, management, and staff.
  • Identifying and solving complex business challenges with creative solutions.
  • Driving alignment and consensus across cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $94K-$130K, based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications.  The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
