Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations in a hybrid role based in Springfield, VA. Due to the payroll schedule, the onsite days and hours vary, but it is expected to work 30 hours per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional seeking flexible, part-time work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee time entry and payroll processing support
• Generate, analyze, and reconcile payroll-related reports
• Maintain spreadsheets and perform data updates and reconciliations
• Manage payroll-related email communications
• Communicate with employees and managers regarding timekeeping and payroll inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel (required); working knowledge of Word
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
