Office Manager

Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager for their bustling Annapolis restaurant. You will wear many hats in this role - daily sales, payables, receivables, HR, contract management, and the website.

Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records.
- Accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports in collaboration with the restaurant's accountant.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager in a fast-paced role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- QuickBooks and Excel proficiency are a must
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
