Job Description

Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces.  They have an immediate need for a Senior Real Estate Advisor to work a hybrid schedule at the Pentagon. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, operational direction, and oversight on initiatives related to the development and resilience of military installations, ensuring they effectively support personnel readiness and logistical combat capabilities. 

 

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level DoD real estate, including Enhanced Use Leases (EUL) and Strategic Real Estate Opportunities (SREO).
  • Proven ability to manage and develop real estate governance and programmatic documentation (e.g., DAFIs, policies, action plans) under SAF/IEI oversight.
  • Experience coordinating and delivering leadership updates, including developing presentation materials, after-action reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Skilled in monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling real property (RP) transactions; identifying and implementing process improvements with approved change management.
  • Knowledge of Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) requirements, with the ability to report on and track CAPs related to real property financial accounting.
  • Strong background in overseeing real estate transactions for compliance, audit response, policy development, and lease renewal efforts.
  • Familiarity with enhanced use leasing activities, capturing best practices, and supporting enterprise-level real estate concepts from development to implementation..
  • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SAF/IEI and/or AFCEC/CI on real property initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS-2) and experience as an action officer at the MAJCOM or HAF level.

Job Requirements

Compensation and Benefits:

  • W2 Hourly rate: $67 - $72. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, and location, and are subject to change at any time.
