Our client is an award winning global integrator.  They are supporting a major branch of the Department of Defense and have a contract opportunity for a Manpower SME to support the Office of Manpower and Personnel by overseeing the team’s communication strategies, reporting, and media practices. This person will then assist in making recommendations to leadership on ways to improve information distribution throughout the enterprise.

This role is onsite at The Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating, developing, and maintaining organizational structures and manpower standards to ensure mission accomplishment and optimal effectiveness and efficiency of resources
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• Air Force Manpower or Personnel experience is a huge plus
• Degree or experience in Human Resources preferred
• Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an active Secret Clearance
