As an ERP Systems Engineer on the TS-SCI Full Scope Poly program based in Annapolis Junction, MD, you will provide technical development and system design for PeopleSoft V9.2 Financial, HR/Workforce and Logistics modules. This will involve designing and creating technical specifications from functional specifications for complex development projects. You will analyze the impacts of vendor provided updates and upgrades to the system and program solutions using PeopleTools Suite, and provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex production problems and develop test scenarios and test cases to correct data in critical situations. It is an exciting time to join this project as they move into an AWS Cloud based environment.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and hold an Active TS/SCI with FS Poly.

Flex Schedules are available: choose an early or late shift between 6am – 6pm, 4 / 10 shifts, or a 30-hour work week. The goal is to find the schedule that can work best for you.

Qualifications

• Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and hold an Active TS/SCI with FS Poly
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited University. Four years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer implementing Information Technology solutions using PeopleSoft ERP, performing, and providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of Information Technology systems to include business process reengineering, requirements development and refinement, elicitation, analysis and functional allocation.
• 4 + years as an ERP or other business systems Solutions Architect including recent experience developing ERP/Business Systems Architecture and performing both technical and non-technical assessment and management and end to end flow analysis
• Experience conducting systems requirement reviews, and develop concepts of operation and interface standards
• Experience in developing system performance, availability, scalability, manageability and security requirements for IT systems
• Experience developing documentation required to support a program’s technical issues and training situations.
• Security+ Certification is required within six months of joining team
