The Squires Group is seeking an experienced and analytical Data Practitioner for a multi-year position supporting our client in Washington, DC. This role focuses on developing, designing, and implementing AI/ML-driven decision-making frameworks and models to achieve business objectives while evaluating and substantiating the value of these solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to make a measurable impact in a high-visibility federal program while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The work location is in Washington, DC, and offers a Hybrid WFH schedule.  Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an Interim or Active Secret Clearance. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of experience with Regression Testing
• 3+ years of experience with Data Science and Data Analytics
• Familiarity with Applied Machine Learning

Compensation

• Competitive salary range $98k - $105k, based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications.  The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
