The Squires Group has an immediate opportunity for a CLEARED CyberArk Engineer to work REMOTE on a Federal project based in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will drive the implementation of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions within a federal organization as part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of CyberArk PAM solutions, with emphasis on multitenant and enterprise environments.
• Drive end-to-end PAM deployments, providing hands-on delivery and solution leadership within Agile federal teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IAM program managers to align PAM strategy with business and security objectives.
• Guide teams through delivery challenges, mentor talent, and ensure high-quality, compliant solutions.
• Manage client relationships, set expectations, and serve as a trusted advisor on PAM best practices and solution quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Security+ Certification is required
• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) solutions
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technical functions
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles, implementation best practices, and its role within a Zero Trust security architecture
• Solid understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and its integration with PAM solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• CyberArk PAM Implementation Certification (preferred)
• Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

Compensation

• W2 Hourly rate: $78-$83. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
