Qualifications

3 – 5 years experience with the following:

  • Creating and maintaining security dashboards (e.g., Splunk, ELK) for real-time analytics
  • Collaborating with DCO teams to integrate OT telemetry into cyber incident workflows
  • Working knowledge of OT/ICS protocols and how they map to sensor data and network visibility
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information across both technical and leadership audiences
  • Familiarity with DoD certification frameworks (IAM, CSSP) and cybersecurity workforce compliance
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills with experience tuning sensors and filtering false positives
  • Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Air Force cyber operations (e.g., CPTs, MDTs, CVA-H toolkits, or CSSPs)
  • Familiarity with cyber career training pipelines in the DoD environment
  • Integration of monitoring tools within cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Exposure to applying machine learning for anomaly detection in OT/ICS data
  • Experience fusing data from multiple sensor feeds and threat intelligence sources
  • Participation in incident response and development of playbooks
  • Use of GRC tools such as eMASS for documenting security control evidence
