Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior-Level Commercial Property Manager. In this role, you will lead the management and operations of top-tier commercial office buildings within their esteemed portfolio. Your utmost duty is delivering exceptional customer service to their Clients, investors, and vendors through cutting-edge, responsible, and prompt building and financial management practices.

 

This role is ONSITE in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all maintenance contracts essential for office building upkeep.
  • Oversee the physical structure and day-to-day operations, including security measures.
  • Foster communication and collaboration with Clients, vendors, investors, owners, building services contractors, and staff.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets and long-term capital improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular re-forecasts as needed.
  • Provide oversight for lease administration.
  • Coordinate the emergency preparedness program for properties.
  • Drive building sustainability initiatives and pursue LEED certifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in COMMERCIAL (not residential) property management.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Preference for certifications such as Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), LEED AP, or LEED Green Associate.
  • Demonstrate strong financial analysis and budgeting expertise.
  • Exhibit business acumen and effective communication skills, with a knack for resolving conflicts efficiently and professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and coordination skills, adept at managing from a holistic perspective.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must; familiarity with Cardin, Yardi, MRI, Realogic, Energy Star Manager, LEED Online, and MACH Energy is preferred.Top of Form
