Key Project Highlights:
This federal initiative focuses on enhancing diplomatic mail services, supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse management systems, and optimizing overall asset management. The goal is to improve supply chain efficiencies and enhance the visibility of goods and services delivery to Americans globally.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an ACTIVE or INTERIM SECRET CLEARANCE.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze organizational operations and design processes and systems.
• Evaluate business models and their alignment with technology.
• Assess current states, identify customer requirements, and define future business solutions.
• Conduct research, gather insights, and synthesize information to propose process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• Knowledge and exposure to:
• Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
• Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) for testing.
• ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated ability as a quick learner, problem solver, and multi-tasker.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal abilities.

Additional Requirements:
Due to the nature of this federal project, candidates must:

• Be U.S. Citizens.
• Possess an Active or Interim Secret clearance.

Compensation

• Competitive salary range of $68,400 - $76,500K, based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications.  The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
• Employee benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 401K plan and additional voluntary benefits. Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
