**PART TIME**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Associate to support weekly payroll processing for a multi-state workforce. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and eager to learn in a fast-paced payroll environment.

This role is 20 hours per week, onsite in Severna Park, MD.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 250 full-time and 30 part-time employees

• Ensure accurate payroll processing for employees located across multiple U.S. states

• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including pay rates, deductions, and tax withholdings

• Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and reporting

• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now 

• Experience with multi-state payroll 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated

• Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision

• Willingness and ability to learn new processes and systems
