Our client has a direct hire opening for a CLEARED Senior Python Developer to work with their team ONSITE in Washington, DC. In this role, you will work with a team of engineers in an AWS microservices environment to solve interesting national security related problems using agile methodologies.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an Active Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop smart code that solves interesting problems 
• Collaborate with other intelligent, driven engineers 
• Leverage AWS cloud services to provide scalability and reliability 
• See your software through to production deployment and use by real customers 
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Python Development experience
• Must be able to demonstrate experience developing in python. 
• Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology. 
• Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an Active Top Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the following:
  • Working on a cross functional team 
  • AWS/Cloud  
  • DevOps best practices: Jenkins, CI/CD 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $95K-$150K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure, and certifications.  The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
