Our client has an immediate need for a CLEARED Data Engineer in their Tampa, FL location.  If you're passionate about data and excel at ETL, and you're driven to tailor data solutions to meet mission requirements flawlessly, then this role is tailor-made for you. You'll architect and automate cutting-edge data systems and ETL pipelines, spanning virtual and government cloud environments. Improving security, usability, performance, and scalability is key, alongside fostering a culture of continuous learning and mentorship within the team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual comfortable with evolving priorities and capable of seeing the broader picture. This role collaborates closely with DevSecOps, Software Development, Testing, User Engagement, and Customer teams, and entails creating comprehensive documentation and training materials for the analytics ecosystem.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with a TS/SCI Clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering roles 
• Experience with modern database technologies 
• Skilled in scripting with one or more languages (Java Script, Java, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with ETL processes for data normalization, improving data quality and accessibility.
• Capable of optimizing data pipelines in cloud environment to ensure efficient and reliable data processing
• Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with a TS/SCI Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the following:
• Architecting solutions on AWS
• Elasticsearch & Kibana
• MongoDB or equivalent
• Apache NiFi
• NLP
• Linux/Windows in cloud environments

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $120K-$150K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure, and certifications.  The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
