Our client, a financial institution that provides the United States with a safe, flexible, and stable monetary system, is looking for an experienced Mid-Level Business Process Engineer to support Lead implementation and/or improvement of ITIL best practices at the operational level utilizing ServiceNow platform.  Your strong experience in Business Analysis / Business Process Engineering is needed for the success of this project. 

This contract opportunity is located in Washington, DC with a hybrid work schedule.  Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading implementation and/or improvement of ITIL best practices
• Enhance Change Management and Request Fulfilment process and update the Service Catalog
• Ability to support the ITBM manager with budget activities for the Technology Services branch
  
• Knowledge in Business Analysis / Business Process Engineering
• Must have strong ability to participate on Agile Scrum Team and manage work using Agile practices
  • Understand the concept of continuous integration / continuous delivery and be familiar with Kanban boards and Agile methodologies
  • Manage work (deliverables) utilizing Kanban methodology/boards
    
• Experience training the end-users
